Aaron Attwood

Aaron Attwood, PMP, MBA, is an accomplished leader in project management and engineering excellence with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Excellence & PMO at TE Connectivity since June 2022, Aaron successfully optimized the PMO structure, managing a global team of over 50 people and achieving an 86% success rate in project delivery in 2022. Prior roles include Senior Director of Project Management Office at TTI Floor Care North America, where Aaron established a robust PMO to enhance project execution, and Director of PMO at Ingersoll Rand, where significant improvements in project quality, delivery, and cost were achieved. Aaron holds an MBA in Program Management from DeSales University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of South Australia.
