Michael Lambert

Michael Lambert is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Teach First since December 2016, Michael previously held the position of Senior Employer Account Manager at the Mayor's Fund for London for a brief period in 2016. Prior to this, Michael worked at Ingeus, where significant contributions were made as Employability Team Manager after starting as an Employment Advisor/Account Manager. Additionally, experience as Events Manager in Learning and Development at Shell was gained between 2008 and 2011. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Applied Theatre from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a BA in Performing Arts from London Metropolitan University.
