Naomi Wilcox-Lee

Naomi Wilcox-Lee is an experienced employee experience manager and community advocate currently working at Teach First since January 2015, where responsibilities have included leading the Programme Delivery for the new PGDE programme in collaboration with Birmingham City University, alongside various roles within the Programme Team. As the founder and CEO of Sheroes UK, established in March 2014, Naomi launched Sheroes of History, an online women's history project that highlights influential women. Previous roles include founding Coventry Feminists, volunteering at Space Youth Project, and contributing to multiple women's organizations, including Coventry Women's Voices and Women's Views on News. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music & Professional Practice from Coventry University and has pursued additional education in equality and diversity.
