Rob Glover

Rob Glover is an experienced education professional currently serving as an Early Talent Manager at Teach First since January 2022. Prior to this role, Glover held positions as a Senior Schools and Colleges Engagement Officer and Schools and Colleges Engagement Officer at Anglia Ruskin University from July 2019 to January 2022. Previous experience includes teaching history at North Cambridge Academy and primary education at Hartley Brook Academy Trust. Glover also has a background in customer service, having worked as a Bars Team Leader at Edinburgh University Students' Association and as a Camp Counselor at Camp America for underprivileged children. Glover began a career in education after earning a Master’s degree in History from The University of Edinburgh and a PGCE from Sheffield Hallam University.
