Tatsuhiro Nishikawa

Tatsuhiro Nishikawa is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in database administration, particularly in Oracle systems. Currently serving as the Director and Linx System Administrator/Oracle DBA at Teach For America since May 2014, Tatsuhiro has successfully migrated databases to Azure and SQLServer 2016 while developing automated shell scripts for RMAN backups. Previous roles include Senior Oracle DBA, where significant I/O performance improvements were achieved, and as a Senior DBA and Technical Team Lead for Canon's System 21 project, where Tatsuhiro established efficient cloning methods for Oracle RAC databases. Additionally, Tatsuhiro has a strong foundation in presales technical support and database administration from tenures at Hewlett Packard Japan. Tatsuhiro holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Southern California.
