Adam Charlesworth

Adam Charlesworth has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of learning and development. Adam is currently working at Teach on Mars, where they serve as the Chief Storyteller and Chief Marketing Officer. In these roles, they are responsible for sharing the exciting stories of Teach on Mars and promoting its learning ecosystem.

Prior to their current position, Adam worked as a Management Development Consultant at Facet. Before that, they held the position of Director of Senior Group Executive Programmes and Coordinator of Corporate University at Société Générale. Adam also served as the Director of Sodexo Management Institute at Sodexo and as the Head of Competency Development, Europe at Celerant Consulting.

Adam's earlier experience includes working as the Deputy Chief Learning Officer at Pechiney SA and as the Associate Director of International Development at HEC Paris Executive Education. Overall, Adam has a proven track record in developing learning strategies and programs to support organizational growth.

Adam Charlesworth attended Magdalen College, University of Oxford from 1986 to 1990. Adam obtained a BA/MA Joint Honours degree in Classics & Modern Languages, with a focus on Classics and Modern Languages.

In addition, Adam Charlesworth has received the Learning & Performance Institute 2020 Bronze Award in Learning Technologies from The Learning and Performance Institute in February 2020.
