Ralph Saint-Louis currently serves as a High School Science Teacher at Lowell Public Schools, effectively managing approximately 140 students through positive behavior management and trauma-informed instructional practices. Ralph is also a National Policy Advisory Board Member and Senior Education Policy Fellow with Teach Plus, advocating for equity-driven changes in education policy. Ralph holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where Ralph facilitates STEM education through the 5E instructional model. Additionally, Ralph is involved with the Coalition for Anti-Racism and Equity, providing strategic leadership for anti-racism initiatives in education. A Fulbright Scholar, Ralph engaged in curriculum development focused on Cambodian culture and environmental issues. Ralph's prior experience includes roles as an educational advisor with the Rennie Center, a web master/producer for Bone Lab Radio, and various research positions.
