Carol Lim

Carol Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, business development, and coaching. Currently serving as the Programme Manager for the Distinguished Senior Fellowship Programme at the National University of Singapore, Carol is instrumental in launching Asia's first life transition program for senior leaders. As the Host Team Lead for #play14 Singapore, Carol leads efforts to organize annual events promoting the value of play in fostering innovation and collaboration. Additionally, Carol co-founded the Teach the Future Singapore Hub, advocating for futures literacy and critical thinking among young people. With significant roles in Praxium, Crater, and SpotlightPROFILE, Carol specializes in business development, coaching, and enhancing organizational performance. Carol's previous experience includes serving as Product Owner and Chief Marketing Officer at ClassDo, and Outreach & Media Programming Manager at Nanyang Polytechnic, showcasing a strong background in education and marketing. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oxford and various certifications in business strategy and coaching.
