Program Manager, Customer Success at Teachable

Jessica Massart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Jessica is currently a Customer Success Manager, Scale at Teachable, where they built and launched a new scaled onboarding program and created structure and processes for the Success team. Prior to this, they were a Product Consultant at Hire Artists, driving strategic conversations and leading marketing strategy resulting in a significant increase in site traffic.

Jessica also worked at Kickstarter, where they held roles as Senior Performance Lead and Performance Lead, coaching users and leading internal conversations with product teams. At The Builders Association, they served as the Interim General Manager, implementing strategies to improve the company's sustainability and managing marketing and fundraising efforts. Jessica was also the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at FIAF - French Institute Alliance Francaise, overseeing multi-platform marketing campaigns.

Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a Communications Manager for PERFORMA, leading communications for a biennial event and introducing targeted marketing strategies. Jessica held the position of Communications Director at On the Boards, overseeing marketing, press relations, and public relations, and played various roles within the organization, assisting in marketing, development, and production.

In addition, Jessica served as a Company Manager at zoe|juniper, where they assisted with company operations and helped establish contracts and stipends for dancers.

Jessica Massart has completed a Product Management program at General Assembly. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications from the University of Washington. No specific start or end years were provided for either education experience.
