Rogger Lacerda

Rogger Lacerda is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager 2 at Teachable, Rogger leads a team focused on creating an iOS mobile app for enhanced learning experiences. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at XP Inc., where Rogger oversaw the maintenance and development of features for a desktop platform and managed trading modules for mobile apps, and Tech Manager at dti digital, directing a 30-person tribe in e-commerce digital transformation.
