Samah Puthiyappurath

Samah Puthiyappurath is an experienced professional currently serving as an Audit Innovation and Analytics Manager at SSE plc since December 2023. With a strong background in data analysis and business analytics, Samah has held roles such as Tutor at TeacherOn.com, where over 20 professionals were trained in technologies like Power BI and Alteryx. Prior to this, Samah worked as a Data Analyst at SPMG Global, developing dashboards and tools, and as an Associate Consultant at KPMG, focusing on automating tax processes and mentoring new joiners. Experience as a Data Analyst at EY included designing analyzers for finance and real estate sectors, and earlier work as a Data Scientist at IBM involved utilizing Watson technology for analytics solutions. Samah holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
