Sarah Valverde

Sarah Valverde is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in program management and instructional leadership. Currently serving as Program Manager at Teaching Lab since July 2021, Sarah focuses on developing equitable professional learning opportunities that enhance student achievement. Prior roles include Assistant Principal at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Achievement Prep Public Charter School Network, and multiple leadership positions at KIPP San Antonio Public Schools and Houston ISD, showcasing a strong commitment to fostering high academic standards and character development among students. Sarah holds an M.Ed in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
