Missy Daniels

Missy Daniels has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Missy currently holds the position of Vice President, Product - Teacher Experience at Teaching Strategies, LLC, where they are responsible for overseeing product development related to teacher experience. Before joining Teaching Strategies, LLC, Missy served as Sr. Director, Product - Teacher Experience at the same company.

Prior to their role at Teaching Strategies, LLC, Missy had an extensive career at Amazon. Missy'sroles at the company included Sr. Manager positions in various departments such as Perfect Pay, Associate Training Automation, WW Ops Talent Development, and WW Learning and Talent Development, AMZL. Missy also served as the Manager of Learning AMZL NA, where they managed a team responsible for leadership and process training for managers and associates in North America. Additionally, Missy worked as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing projects for the Amazon Logistics Learning Execution Team.

Before their time at Amazon, Missy worked as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer at Prime 8 Consulting, focusing on developing training solutions for the Amazon Logistics learning team. Missy also worked as a Technical Training Program Manager at Quest Integrity Group, where they managed the training and development program for engineers and technicians in the oil and gas, refining, and chemical industries.

Missy's career began in the United States Air Force Reserve, where they served as a Historian, responsible for researching, documenting, and preparing historical reports and publications. Missy also worked as a Boeing Contractor at Volt Technical Resources, serving as an Avionics Training Instructor and Project Manager, coordinating global training programs for Boeing. Prior to that, they served in the United States Air Force as a Surveillance Radar Production Supervisor, Instructor, and Technician.

Missy Daniels has a strong educational background with a range of degrees and certifications. Missy obtained an Associate of Science degree in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force between 1999 and 2002. Between 2003 and 2005, they pursued further education at the same institution, earning an Associate of Science degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science. Missy went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the American Public University System from 2007 to 2009. Missy then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Project Management and Instructional Design with a focus on Instructional Design from Colorado State University-Global Campus from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained an Occupational Instructor Certificate from the Community College of the Air Force in November 2005.
