Garret Chan

Garret Chan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Garret began their career in 1994 as the Director of Strategy + Legal at TEALEAVES. In 1998, they joined the University of British Columbia Law School, where they held the positions of Director of the UBC Law Alumni Association and Adjunct Professor of Law. In 2006, they became the Strategic Director at KIAB Holdings Ltd. Additionally, they served as a Dean's Advisory Board Member at SFU Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology from 2015 to 2020. Garret's expertise lies in strategy, legal, mergers and acquisitions, and advanced corporate tax.

Garret Chan holds a LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law and a B.Sc. and J.D. degree from The University of British Columbia.
