Steve Saad has extensive work experience spanning over several decades.

Steve is currently working as the Senior Director of Delivery for the APJ region at Tealium, where they provide leadership to the Professional Services and Support teams.

Prior to their current role, Steve worked at Salesforce as the Director of Professional Services for the APAC region. Steve was responsible for the Datorama Professional Services business in APAC, overseeing the Go To Market and Delivery strategies.

Before joining Salesforce, Steve served as the Director of Client Services for APAC at Viewpoint Construction Software. In this role, they were responsible for both Professional Services and Support, catering to the Construction and Civil industries.

Steve also has extensive experience at Interactive Intelligence, where they held various roles over the years. Steve worked as the Director of Professional Services and Support for JAPAC, managing the APAC and Japan Professional Services and Support businesses.

Prior to that, Steve served as the Regional Services Manager for both Japan and APAC, overseeing Support and Professional Services teams. Additionally, they worked as the Technical Team Lead, Technical Account Manager, and Technical Support Engineer during their time at Interactive Intelligence.

Steve began their career at POL Corporate Publications as an Information Technology Specialist, providing support for corporate magazines production, and later worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at Westinghouse Signals Australia, designing and testing railway signalling circuits.

With their vast experience in leadership, professional services, support, and project management, Steve has developed a comprehensive skill set in the technology sector.

Steve Saad completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in the years 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate of Management from Macquarie Business School, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Steve also pursued an engineering degree with a focus on Electrical field of study at the University of Sydney; however, the specific years of their enrollment were not provided.
