Austin Maginnis

Austin Maginnis is a seasoned professional in the construction and engineering fields, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of TEAM Builders Limited since August 2017, where responsibilities include large project sales and management, business systems oversight, and driving company culture and profitability. Prior experience includes roles as a Construction Management Instructor at the University of Northern Iowa, a Mechanical Design Engineer at MODUS Engineering for Architecture, and a Construction Litigation Consultant at The Kenrich Group LLC, among others. Maginnis holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, earned in 2013.
