Tam Phung Ngoc is a Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently working at Team Consulting Engineering And Management Co., Ltd., they were involved in the Xayaburi Hydroelectric Power project in Lao from 2013-2016. Prior to this, they worked at Power Engineering Consulting JS. Company 4 on the Trung Son Hydropower Project in Vietnam. They hold a Master’s Degree in Hydraulic Structural Engineering from Hanoi Water Resources University.
