Prior experience includes roles at Ecosse Subsea Systems, Hallin Marine, Technip, Sparrows Group, and Grampian Regional Council, where Neil has consistently managed contractors and projects while ensuring adherence to safety regulations such as HSE, IMCA, and QHSE.
