Derek Proudian

Derek Proudian holds a diverse and extensive background in leadership and investment within various industries, notably focusing on the global mining sector and biotechnology. Currently, Derek serves on the Board of Directors at MEVCO Mining Electric Vehicle Company and Aether Biomachines, Inc., while also contributing to the Investment Committee at Resource Capital Funds. As Chairman of Team Extension, Inc. and Co-founder of MicroCures, Inc., Derek has been instrumental in innovative ventures across technology and biotech. Additionally, as the owner of Papa Kona Restaurant & Bar and Papa Kona Coffee Farm, Derek has ventured into the culinary world. A Stanford University alumnus, Derek's academic background includes degrees in English, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, and a Masters in Business, alongside culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
