Heather Sellers is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and recruitment. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TeamHealth since July 2019, Heather previously held notable positions such as Senior Director of Clinical Recruitment at Sound Physicians and multiple leadership roles at TeamHealth, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Practice Development. Heather's expertise spans operational assessments, strategic management, project/process management, metrics analysis, and physician relations. Heather also has experience in provider recruitment, previously working as National Director of Provider Recruitment at Schumacher Group and as a Physician Recruiter at Emergency Consultants, Inc. Heather holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University and a BS in Psychology & Sociology from Western Michigan University.
