Jordan Wilkerson

Jordan Wilkerson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant at Eastern Kentucky University, they later worked as a Human Resources Intern at Lectrodryer, LLC in 2014. They then became a QA Team Lead at SourceHOV before transitioning to a Professional Recruiter role at Nesco Resource in 2016. Jordan's career in Human Resources began at American Woodmark in 2017, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Supervisor, responsible for coordinating HR functions. They later became an HR Business Partner, focusing on employee relations and performance management. In 2022, Jordan joined Team Modern as the Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR functions. They were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2023, where they took on additional responsibilities such as strategic planning and managing the company's safety program.

Jordan Wilkerson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University between 2009 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in February 2021.
