Julia Kait

Julia Kait is a seasoned professional with expertise in impact and innovation, currently serving as the Manager at Team Pennsylvania since June 2023. Previously, Julia worked as a Policy Coordinator and a Criminal Justice Intern at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included conducting research, writing grant applications, and digitizing records for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Julia's experience also spans community building as the Head Residential Advisor at Franklin & Marshall College, where collaboration and support for student residents were key functions. Additionally, Julia contributed to recruitment efforts as the Assistant Recruitment Director for Young Americans for Liberty. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Franklin & Marshall College and completed secondary education at The Baldwin School.
