Jessica Leins-Fryback has over 15 years of experience in customer service and coordination roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Coordinator at Team Quality Services since April 2018, Jessica has honed expertise in managing client communications and enhancing service delivery. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Rieke Packaging System from May 2004 to March 2018, where responsibilities included serving as an Export/Import Coordinator as well as an Inside Customer Service Representative for domestic sales. Jessica holds a degree from Ball State University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
