Kristal Shipp

Kristal Shipp, MCM, currently serves as the Vice President of Brand Communications at Team Rubicon since January 2023. With over two decades of experience in public relations and communications, Kristal has developed internal and external communication strategies for a diverse range of clients, including global agencies, small businesses, nonprofits, and celebrities, while specializing in event management and logistics. Previous roles include Vice President of Community Engagement and Marketing and Communications Officer for Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, and Regional Manager for Media Outreach at NASCAR, where comprehensive communications strategies were created. Kristal holds a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University, along with a certificate in Meeting and Event Planning.
