Melissa Flewelling has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Melissa is currently the Director of Development Operations at Team Rubicon, a position they have held since February 2022. Melissa Flewelling completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at Southern Methodist University from 2001 to 2003. Melissa then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Women's Studies at Texas Woman's University from 2004 to 2007.
