Shelly Reida

Shelly Reida has extensive experience in the software and financial services industries, currently serving as a Product Owner and previously as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at TEAM Software since June 2010. Prior to this role, Shelly worked as a QA Engineer at ACI Worldwide and as a Business Analyst at infoUSA. From December 1989 to November 2007, Shelly held various positions at First Data Corporation, including Quality Assurance Analyst, Sequencer, Chargeback Clerk, Arbitration/Disputes Clerk, Liaison Representative, and Software Test Engineer. Shelly has a solid academic foundation, having attended the College of St. Mary from 1986 to 1988.
