Shannon Romano

Shannon Romano has an extensive career in field services and client representation, primarily with Bacardi USA, spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Vice President of Field Services at Team Enterprises since February 2012, Shannon has held various influential positions including National Field Director and Account Supervisor, focusing on client services for Bacardi USA. Prior to this role, Shannon contributed to Premier Beverage as a Package Sales representative, specializing in off-premise sales for spirits. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Cox Radio in national sales and promotions from 2004 to 2011. Shannon holds a degree from Florida State University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
