Liang Huang

Liang Huang is a highly experienced software engineer and executive. Liang began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Gorilla Mobile. In 2009, they joined KickApps Corporation / Yuku Online Community as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on Yuku profile beta2 features, Facebook Open Platform (FBOpen) Integration, and Search/Query Performance. In 2010, they moved to Federated Media Publishing, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2011, they joined Yahoo! as a Software Engineer, where they worked on Yahoo Mail Frontend Development, Javascript MVC framework, and Javascript memory leak. Liang received the Yahoo! You Rock Award in 2011. In 2013, they joined Disney Interactive as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on Social Game monetization, Payment Gateway, and Ads System. In 2014, they joined Balluun as an Engineering Lead, where they worked on Social News Feed, Subscription Payment, ElasticSearch, iOS App Development, Auto scaling cloud services, and ReactiveCocoa and Reactive Programming. Liang also developed Balluun365: TradeShow mobile E-Commerce platform and ShopToyfair365: ShopToyFair365 tradeshow mobile E-Commerce app. In 2016, they joined Team247 as CEO, where they worked in a growing team with a growing portfolio of projects, products and partners. In 2018, they joined Gratitude Publications, Inc. as Vice President Of Engineering, where they developed the Beyond Meditation - Upgrade Your Consciousness iOS and Android apps. In 2020, they joined Nirvana Labs as Director of Engineering.

Liang Huang received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology between 1996 and 2000. Liang then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology between 2000 and 2003. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi between 2007 and 2008.
