Mark Siedle has extensive experience in business development, sales coaching, and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Puzzle Solver and Coach at Elemental Networks since July 2021, Mark specializes in sales coaching, transformation, and problem-solving for B2B businesses. In addition, Mark holds roles in new business development at Cognician and TeamAssurance, focusing on meaningful client engagement and continuous improvement. Previously, Mark has contributed to organizations such as Competitive Capabilities International as a Senior Consultant and Regional Leader, and Coles as a Manufacturing Change and Program Manager. Mark possesses a diverse academic background, including an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
