Michaela H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michaela began their career as a Product Management & Sales Intern at BMW in 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Sales & Key Account Manager - Hotel Supplies at Pacific Direct. In 2010, they held the position of Merchandising Manager at Indas Deutschland and later worked as a Sales Consultant Fashion at MK Consulting from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Amazon.de GmbH as a New Key Accounts Manager Fashion, where they were responsible for acquiring and developing national and international accounts. Following that, they joined Wirecard AG in 2013 and held various roles, including Sales Manager Consumer Goods and Key Account Manager until 2017. Currently, they are a Senior Partner Manager at TeamBank AG.

Michaela H. began their education in 2002 at ebc München / ebs Madrid, where they completed an International Diplom Betriebswirtin degree in International Business Administration. Michaela attended this school until 2005. In the same year, they enrolled in the University of East London and obtained a BA (Honours) in Business Studies. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Spanish from the Cámara Oficial de Comercio e Industria de Madrid in November 2004, and in Business English (Level 2 - English for Commerce) from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2004.
