Carly Syms Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at teambuilding.com since November 2018, Carly has held various roles including Operations Manager and Marketing and Client Success Manager. As a bestselling young and new adult author, Carly has been a published novelist since August 2010. Prior experience includes roles at Museum Hack, where Carly excelled as Customer Service + Marketing Manager, and positions as a writer/reporter for Clear Channel and a beat writer for Rotowire. Carly holds a Master of Science in Journalism with a focus on Interactive Publishing from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
