Caroline Rickson, DTATI, CPC, is an experienced Art Therapist and Life Coach currently serving as an Outpatient Therapist at TeamCare Behavioral Health since August 2011. In addition, Caroline has been a Life Coach with Transitional Life Coach since October 2018, specializing in helping individuals navigate both unplanned and planned life transitions with confidence and resilience. Previous roles include Expressive Arts Therapist at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital and Outpatient Psychotherapist at Behavioral Healthcare Corporation, where psychotherapy and art therapy were provided to adults. Caroline has also coordinated social rehabilitation programs as a Mobile Social Rehabilitation Coordinator and directed therapeutic activities for seniors as an Activity Director. Early in their career, Caroline managed art events and creative programs at The Arts Council of Sault Ste. Marie and District. Caroline holds a Graduate Diploma from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from the University of Ottawa, and a Diploma in Television Broadcasting from Canadore College.
