Renee Tauro has a diverse work experience in the field of executive search and talent acquisition. Renee started their career in 2007 as a Researcher and Research Consultant at Ingram & Partners (Prev. WoodHamill Ingram). Renee then worked as a Sr. Research Consultant at Correlate Search before joining TRANSEARCH Middle East as an Associate. In 2012, they joined Moorland Gray (prev. Carmichael Fisher) as an Associate. Renee later became a Talent Acquisition Manager at Arabian International Company AIC from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Client Engagement at ecap, a fully integrated executive search and people consulting firm in the gulf region, which was acquired by Monstar Lab in 2021.
Renee Tauro obtained their M.B.A degree from Ohio University from 2000 to 2002. Renee also holds a certification in Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), obtained in 2018.
