Noelle Smit

Noelle Smit is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and environmental management. As Co-Founder and CEO of Teamgage since January 2016, Noelle has been instrumental in driving innovation in user engagement. In addition to this role, Noelle serves on the Board of Directors for Netball South Australia/Adelaide Thunderbirds and has held director positions at Code 360, where the focus was on enhancing online student management systems. Previous contributions to HerTechPath and Adelaide University Sport & Fitness highlight a commitment to community and youth sports. Noelle's environmental expertise was developed through roles at SA Water and Parsons Brinckerhoff, following the completion of a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Adelaide.
