Lies Rotthier

Lies Rotthier is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently holding the position of VP of Customer Success at Teamleader since March 2017. In this role, Lies has built and led the Teamleader Orbit Customer Success organization, as well as the Teamleader Focus Customer Onboarding Team. Previous roles at Teamleader include Manager of Customer Onboarding, Teamlead Customer Success Belgium, and Customer Onboarder. Prior experience includes serving as Project Coordinator - Prevention at Cornelis Fencing bvba - In Out Solutions bvba and as EHS - Site Services at ON Semiconductor. Lies holds a Master's degree in Criminology from Ghent University and has furthered education in Project Management at Vlerick Business School, as well as a degree in Multidisciplinary Prevention Advisor from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work was obtained from Arteveldehogeschool.
