Megan Erwin-Kvols

Megan Erwin-Kvols is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and sales. Currently serving as a Regional Coordinator and Strategic Partnerships Coordinator for the TeamMates Mentoring Program since July 2023, Megan previously held the position of Executive Director at the Nebraska Head Start Association from June 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading the organization and managing daily operations. From 2016 to 2023, Megan co-owned Crow Butte LLC while also serving as Vice President of Sales for Crow Butte Beef, focusing on high-quality Nebraska-raised beef. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Ag Literacy and Regional Director of Membership for the Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation, as well as managing a large team as District Sales Manager for Avon. Early career experience includes positions in medical sales and teaching at both Omaha Public Schools and Greeley Wolbach School. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Education/Social Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
