Victoria Howick

Victoria Howick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and retail leadership. Currently serving as Program Manager for the TeamMates Mentoring Program since June 2018, Victoria demonstrates a strong commitment to mentorship and community development. Prior to this role, Victoria held the position of Store Manager at Charlotte Russe from 2008 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the overall store experience with a focus on people, presentation, and process. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communications from Bellevue University.
