Suzi Smith

Suzi Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Matrix since April 2024, Suzi previously held significant leadership positions at The Adecco Group, including VP of Solutions and Alliance Partners and Global Account Growth Executive Director from February 2020 to April 2024. Earlier experience includes key roles at Pontoon Solutions, hyphen Workforce Solutions, and Aviva, among others, where Suzi focused on client services and growth initiatives. Suzi's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and additional qualifications from IMD, Solent University, and Basingstoke College of Technology.
