Hsu-Cheng Ou

Hsu-Cheng Ou has held a variety of roles in the technology industry. In 2016, they co-founded TEAMOSA, Inc. and began teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Frederick Community College. In 2017, they joined HAX as a Hardware Developer. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute from 2007 to 2010 and as an RD/Sensor Consultant at Aviana Molecular Technologies, LLC from 2010 to 2016. At Global SATCOM Technology, Inc., they were a System Engineer from 2010 to 2016, where they developed RF-test automation and validation methods, integrated RF components and sensors, and designed a L-Band receiver/RSSI. Hsu-Cheng also used scripting language, high-level language, and web language in Linux/Debian.

Hsu-Cheng Ou obtained a Ph.D in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The George Washington University between 2004 and 2010. Hsu-Cheng also holds a NI Certified Labview Associate Developer (CLAD) Certification from National Instruments.
