Alo Arro

Alo Arro has a wealth of experience in the business and technology sectors. Alo began their career in 2006 as a Mechanical Designer at IPO Automation. In 2008, they moved to Stoneridge Electronics as a Supply Chain Planner, where they designed and implemented several supply chain planning initiatives that helped the company achieve 30% higher inventory turnover in less than a year. In 2010, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Bacterfield, where they developed the ordering, manufacturing, warehousing and shipping processes from scratch and managed the process from order to shipment to eight countries. In 2011, they joined Magnum AS as a Business Development Project Manager and built the business intelligence team that brought the company from excel-based reporting to a modern data warehousing solution in less than two years. Finally, in 2016, they co-founded and became CEO of Wisnio, a talent analytics platform that helps team leaders make better hiring decisions and build high-performing teams.

Alo Arro attended Eindhoven University of Technology in 2007, where they studied Operations Research. From 2006 to 2009, they attended TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, where they earned a Master of Science (cum laude) in Industrial Engineering. From 2003 to 2006, they attended TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) in Mechanical Engineering.
