Natasha Kosik Harris

Natasha Kosik Harris currently serves as the Senior Manager of Data & Analytics at TeamSnap, a position held since February 2021, following roles as Data Analyst Lead and Senior Data Analyst. Prior to TeamSnap, Natasha was with Guild Education from April 2019 to February 2021, where responsibilities included functioning as a Decision Scientist and Associate Decision Scientist. Experience also includes a summer associate role in the Corporate Development Program at Liberty Mutual Insurance in June 2017, mutual fund valuation at Great-West Financial from May 2015 to June 2016, and serving as a Talent Management Specialist at Vail Resorts from June 2012 to May 2015. Natasha holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business (2016-2018) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
