Eric Harrington

Eric Harrington is a co-founder and board member of TeamSupport, where significant contributions have been made over a fifteen-year period to establish the company as a leading global SaaS provider in customer support software. Prior to this, Eric held notable positions at Avid Technology as Director of Technical Sales and Support Operations and at Sundance Digital as Director of Customer Support & Product Delivery Operations, playing a key role in the industry's shift from analog to digital media. Eric's career began in the beverage industry with CMBecker International, and earlier military service as a Marine included participation in Operation Restore Hope in Somalia, earning two Navy Achievement Medals.
