Stepan Harutyunyan

Stepan Harutyunyan has a diverse work experience in the field of IT management and operations. Stepan has worked at various companies, including TeamViewer, HelpSystems Armenia, and Sourcio. At TeamViewer, they held multiple roles, progressing from Global Services Monitoring Lead to IT Manager, Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations Department, and eventually Director IT and Operations Armenia and General Manager Armenia. At HelpSystems Armenia, they worked as a Senior System and Network Administrator. Prior to that, they worked at Sourcio as a System and Network Administrator.

Stepan Harutyunyan has a Master's degree in Information Technology from the State Engineering University of Armenia, obtained between 2004 and 2010. In addition, they have completed various certificate programs from Harvard Business School Online, including the Certificate in Leadership Principles in 2022, the Certificate in Leadership, Ethics, and Corporate Accountability in 2023, and the Certificate in Power and Influence for Positive Impact in 2023. Furthermore, they hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching (CCNA) certification, obtained in March 2018.
