Heather Pastore

Heather Pastore is a seasoned professional in the fields of health and behavioral therapy, currently serving as a Senior Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst at Mercer since November 2022, while also working as a Behavior Technician at Teamwork Healthcare. Pastore has held various roles focused on behavioral therapy, including positions as a Behavior Therapist at both Manhattan Psychology Group PC and The Titus School, and as an ABA Developmental Therapist at Connec-to-Talk, LLC. With experience as a Mental Health Worker at Four Winds Hospital and as a Student Employee and Researcher at Elon University, Pastore has cultivated strong research skills, contributing to a project on anxiety and self-esteem. Leadership capabilities have been demonstrated through roles as Chapter President and Vice President of Administration for Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity.
