Hilary Lerner

Hilary Lerner is an experienced executive in the fields of people and culture, marketing, and promotion, currently serving as Executive Vice President, People & Culture at Teamworks since June 2018. Prior to this, Hilary held key positions at the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 2008 to 2017, including Vice President of People Experience & Innovation and Vice President of Marketing. Hilary's extensive career also includes roles as Executive Vice President of Promotion at both Virgin Records and Epic Records from 2002 to 2008 and 1993 to 2002, respectively, as well as Senior Director of Promotion at EMI Music from 1989 to 1993. Hilary earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University.
