Ross Condon

Ross Condon is an experienced basketball operations and partnership manager currently serving as the Manager of Basketball Partnerships at Teamworks since September 2022. Prior to this role, Condon held the position of Director of Basketball Operations at Big League Advantage from October 2021 to August 2022, and accumulated extensive coaching and operational experience at Penn State University from June 2011 to June 2021, where roles included Assistant Basketball Coach and Director of Basketball Operations. Earlier positions included Assistant Basketball Coach at Boston University (May 2009 - May 2011) and Director of Basketball Operations at Radford University (June 2007 - April 2009). Condon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Villanova University and a Graduate Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
