Neil Casey

Neil Casey serves as the Programme Design Manager at Tearfund since October 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Programme Funding Manager. In this role, Neil leads and manages large-scale bids to institutional donors, aiming to enhance programming impact at various levels. Prior to this, Neil took a sabbatical after seven years with Medair UK, where over £7 million was contributed to aid over 18 million people across 13 countries. Neil has held significant roles at CAFOD, including Acting Head of Humanitarian, and led Wild Goose Consulting to improve governance for non-profit organizations. Previous experience includes serving as Interim CEO at RedR and Operations Director at REDR UK, with educational qualifications in Organizational Leadership from North East Surrey College of Technology.
