Oscar Liu

Oscar Liu is an experienced shift lead at Teaspoon since August 2019, responsible for directing staff to achieve optimal performance in the absence of an assistant manager. Oscar's responsibilities include staff training, mastering drink preparation, maintaining cleanliness, providing customer service, and managing cash efficiently. Previously, Oscar served as a barista, focusing on customer satisfaction through order-taking and drink-making. From June 2009 to February 2015, Oscar developed musical skills as a cellist at the Community School of Music and Arts, participating in private lessons, group performances, and annual recitals. Oscar is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at UC Santa Barbara, following an Associate's degree in Economics from Foothill College and a high school diploma from Palo Alto High School.
