Shannon McClure has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Bankruptcy Specialist at Kern Schools Federal Credit Union until 2012. Following that, Shannon joined State Farm as a Senior Claims Specialist from 2012 to 2017. Shannon then transitioned to the Kern County Superintendent of Schools, where they served as an Account Manager from 2017 to 2021. During their time there, Shannon honed their customer success skills. In 2021, they joined SV Academy as a Customer Success Apprentice for a brief period before moving on to PatientPop Inc. At PatientPop, Shannon showcased their expertise as a Customer Success Associate, SMB, and later as a Customer Success Manager, SMB, from 2021 to 2022. Since 2022, Shannon has worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market, at Tebra. In this role, they have successfully managed a book of business with an ARR exceeding $2 million, achieved excellent NRR, handled a Salesforce CRM migration, and received company awards for their contributions and achievements. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated their ability to build strong customer relationships, provide comprehensive support, and exceed goals.

Shannon McClure's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Bakersfield, which was obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they received a Certification in Business Communication and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bakersfield College, from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Shannon McClure has obtained several certifications.
