Axel Kruitwagen

Axel Kruitwagen is an experienced process engineer with a strong background in wastewater analysis and waste characterization. Currently serving as the Lead Process Engineer at TEC since December 2021, Axel previously worked as a Process Engineer at EverZinc from September 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, Axel gained hands-on experience in laboratory work related to process and wastewater analysis at Indaver during two student job placements in 2015 and 2016. Axel's early work experience also includes a role as a waiter/bartender at Restaurant Begijnhof from April 2011 to July 2013. Axel obtained education at KU Leuven, completing studies from 2013 to 2018.
